The challenge
To bring a uniqueness of the product and differentiate the our service with the booming chatbot in the market required a long argument on the design directions and adding the right data into the page content.
Chatbot web platform
In order to track and customize the chatbot performance, iCumulus also create their own platform to serve the clients expectation. The platform has an interaction report, most concerns topic, chatbot customization, human override function, etc. To serve these multiple purposes, it is important to list out key activities and and create a good site architecture and visualization.
